Thank you for shopping with Ibill Craft. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, rates, and other important information. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on a business day, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season, and new collection launches), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will notify you via email if there is any unusual delay with your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Options

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (see Alaska & Hawaii section below). We offer three domestic shipping methods:

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free on all orders totaling $75 or more (before tax and after discounts). Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states only. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold.

Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days)

Our standard shipping option delivers your order in 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. This service is handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the nature of your order. Standard shipping costs $6.99 per order and is free on orders totaling $75 or more.

Standard shipping is our most popular option for everyday orders. Tracking is included and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume shipping periods.

Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days)

Express shipping delivers your order in 2–3 business days from the date of shipment via UPS or FedEx. This service costs 2.99 per order regardless of order size. Express shipping is ideal when you need your Ibill Craft tee sooner than standard delivery allows.

Express shipping orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day are typically shipped the same day, subject to order processing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.

Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)

Overnight shipping delivers your order in 1 business day from the date of shipment via FedEx Priority. This service costs $24.99 per order. Overnight orders must be placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day to guarantee next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will ship the following business day and arrive the day after that.

Overnight delivery is not available on weekends or federal holidays. If you order overnight shipping on a Friday afternoon, your order will ship Monday morning and arrive Tuesday.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

Ibill Craft ships to both Alaska and Hawaii. Please note the following important information regarding AK/HI orders:

  • Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold (orders $75+). Standard shipping rates of $6.99 apply to all AK/HI orders regardless of order total.
  • Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 7–10 business days due to carrier routing requirements.
  • Express (2–3 day) and Overnight shipping may be available to AK/HI destinations at the rates listed above, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to carrier limitations in these states.
  • If express or overnight options are unavailable for your AK/HI address, standard shipping will be the only option presented at checkout.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) using your tracking number.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Ibill Craft is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected] or (909) 555-0134. We can only make address changes within 2 hours of order placement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors, your building's mail room, or any secure delivery locations around your property. Sometimes packages are left in unexpected spots.

If after 24 hours you still cannot locate your package, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf. Lost package claims must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you via email. You will have the option to have the order reshipped at a flat $6.99 re-shipment fee, or receive a refund for the items minus the original shipping cost. We will hold returned packages for 30 days before processing as a return.
